Join Aprio's Information Technology team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Program Manager, IT GRC  to join their dynamic team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in policy management, NIST CSF assessments, vendor management, and project and program management. Preference will be given to candidates who are OneTrust Fellows and have experience with HyperProof. 

Position Responsibilities:

  •  Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive GRC policies and procedures. 
  •  Conduct thorough assessments using the NIST Cybersecurity Framework to identify and mitigate risks. 
  •  Oversee vendor risk management processes, including due diligence, contract and reassessment reviews, and ongoing monitoring. 
  • Utilize OneTrust for privacy, security, policy management, and third-party risk management. 
  •  Leverage HyperProof for continuous compliance and risk management. 
  •  Lead and manage GRC-related projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. 
  •  Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Prepare and present reports on GRC activities and findings to senior management. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC roles, with a focus on policy management, NIST CSF assessments, and vendor management. 
  • Certifications: OneTrust Fellow preferred. 
  •  Proficiency in using GRC tools such as OneTrust and HyperProof. 
  •  Strong project and program management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
