Information System Security Manager Lead

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Information System Security Manager (ISSM) supporting Peraton at USSTRATCOM onsite in Bellevue, Nebraska.

 

The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) Lead's primary function serves as a principal advisor on all matters, technical and otherwise, involving the security of information systems under their purview. Primary support will be working directly with senior Government leaders and leading the ISSM team.

 

What you'll do:

 

The ISSM Lead will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

 

• Perform oversight of the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization process

• Manage the ISSM team, set priorities, help grow careers, and establish a high performing team
• Collaborate across all ITCC lines of service to successfully ensure the governance, risk, and compliance of responsible systems and enclaves
• Develop and maintain a formal Information Systems Security Program
• Ensure that all ISSMs, network and system administrators, and other cyber security personnel receive the necessary technical and security training to carry out their duties
• Responsible for strict adherence to cyber policy and documentation standards

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• 12 years of experience, may have management or supervisory expeirence.
• Clearance: TS/SCI 
• Certifications: Cybersecurity certificate commensurate to IAM Level III (i.e.  CISSP, CISM) can be acquired within the first 120 days of employment

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
