    • Create automation scripts and solutions using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Terraform to streamline device management, deployment, infrastructure implementations, services, and cloud operations.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to design Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate solution feasibility and ensure alignment with client objectives before implementing them in a customer’s production environment or creating service offerings.
  • Deploy:
    • Lead the hands-on implementation of designed solutions, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to modern IT, cloud-native, and cloud services infrastructure.
    • Lead the hands-on implementation and oversee cloud infrastructure deployments and virtual desktop environments (VDI) using Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and AWS Workspaces.
    • Implement Microsoft 365 security and compliance features to safeguard client environments, including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, Always On VPN, Microsoft Purview, and Conditional Access.
    • Automate deployment processes using scripting tools to ensure repeatable and efficient service delivery.
    • Provide post-deployment support, hands-on training, and documentation to ensure client teams can fully manage and operate the solutions.
    • Conduct final infrastructure and security assessments to ensure compliance, performance, and reliability post-deployment.
  • Customer Engagement & Advisory:
    • Serve as a Technical SME across all aspects of Compute Services, advising clients on best practices, technologies, and strategies.

    • Develop and present detailed technical designs, including as-built documentation, work breakdown structures (WBS), rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, and statements of work (SOWs).
    • Conduct customer workshops and assessments to identify and solve technical challenges related to computing services.
  • Project & Process Leadership:
