About your team

Part of the FIL Global Technology & Information Security Team, the Luxembourg function supports the local entity activities providing oversight for IT Outsourcing arrangements to Group in compliance to regulatory requirements.

Information Security acts as a trusted advisor, supporting Fidelity in carrying out its business in a secure, agile and reliable environment, according to industry best practice and corporate standards.

About your role
This role supports the Technical Director in providing IT Governance and Oversight of the IT Outsourcing activities for the Luxembourg Companies of Fidelity International. Responsibilities include conducting first-line risk activities, supporting regulatory compliance checking, review the existence and completeness of the IT third-party service providers’ supporting documentation (contracts, DDQs, risk assessments, exit strategies…), maintenance of local technology and information security policies and procedures, reporting dashboards, and administrative tasks including preparing senior Management monthly reporting. The role will also include supporting the Information Security function.

About you

A related graduate degree or demonstrated level of experience, understanding of a first-line risk function, and experience in Technology or Information Security function within a financial services firm. The role requires experience of EU/Luxembourg regulatory requirements, analysis, associated compliance measures, risk assessments, and providing support for client or third-party service provider due diligence and audit activities, utilising strong Microsoft Office, analytical and research skills, effective written communication, and the ability to work independently. English (spoken / written, will be the working language) plus French, German or other European languages an advantage
