Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Managing and overseeing the security framework of Workday
  • Design and implement role-based access controls, ensuring appropriate permissions for users based on their job functions
  • Configure security settings in Workday to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Conduct regular audits on security settings and user access, preparing reports for stakeholders and addressing discrepancies
  • Manage and respond to security incidents, working with IT and the relevant stakeholders to investigate and mitigating risks
  • Provide training and guidance to the team members on security best practices and the proper use of Workday
  • Work closely with IT, FINs, HR, and other departments to align security measures with overall business strategies
  • Planning, coordinating and testing processes after the Workday release, ensuring that the updates do not disrupt existing functionalities
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of the release and gathering feedback for future improvements
 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • A Bachelor‘s degree in information technology , cybersecurity, or a related field is considered a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Workday applications, particularly in security and role management
  • Strong understanding of Security framework, data protection regulations, and best practices
  • Experience with identity management systems and security frameworks
  • Workday Security Certification is desired
