Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Proofpoint Engineer to join our Information Security Office (ISO). This position will be responsible for leading projects involving email security or new email technologies to ensure corporate compliance and prevent business email compromise.

LOCATION

• This position can sit 100% remote or at our HQ in Jacksonville, FL (preferred).
• Ability to travel to HQ in Jacksonville, FL once per year, required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs analysis of existing email infrastructure and email security technologies to eliminate gaps that could lead to compromise of data or devices.
• Must know, and manage email authentication, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, email gateways, and Exchange Online Protection (or similar technologies) in a large enterprise environment.
• Identifies any email security deficiencies and analyzes data to determine best path to remediate those deficiencies.
• Documents all email security technologies in place and proposed changes to improve overall security posture for the enterprise.
• Stays current with email security concerns and emerging threats related to email security.
• Must be familiar with Proofpoint tools.
• Be able to work independently on operational tickets and projects, as well as work on a team.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
• Requires at least 5 years of information security engineering experience
• Experience with Email Security technologies, best practices, and workflows
• Experience with Email Filtering, Encryption, Sandboxing, and DLP technologies (Proofpoint)
• Experience implementing strong Email Security infrastructure well versed in Email authentication and DNS records.
• Maintenance and configuration of Proofpoint including POD Gateway, TAP, TRAP, Email Fraud Defense, Secure Email Relay (SER), Email Protection, PSAT, DNS, and encryption. Troubleshooting mail flow and delivery issues, analysis of email flow for policy optimization
• High degree of ethics and confidentiality

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Exchange Online experience
• Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, CISM, etc.)
• ServiceNow experience, or similar ticketing platform
