About the Role
As an Analyst in our Access Provisioning squad in the Identity and Access Management Security Area, This role provides and maintains Identity & Access capability, methodology and governance to enable our businesses and our people to access systems and services - simply, seamlessly, and securely.
The Access Provisioning squad aims to provide oversight and governance over access to critical business platforms, highly sensitive assets, and access entitlements by enforcing ‘least privilege’ based access, and maintaining a Role Based Access model to reduce the risk of unauthorised access and internal fraud. It facilitates provisioning of access to core bank technologies for the end user community, in line with agreed work processes and Service Level Agreements.

Work Hours: Must be flexible in shifts (3AM to 12PM to 7AM to 4PM)
What will your day look like?
- Provide effective support for the access provisioning of bank systems as agreed with the business.
- Contribute to end user technology experience objectives through continuous service improvement / business improvement initiatives.
- Provide effective communication to stakeholders.
- Display sound time management and decision-making skills.
- Align and adhere with ANZ Information Security Strategy, policies, processes, and standards and with external regulatory requirements.
What will you bring?
The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
- Must have 1 to 4 years of overall experience and preferably 1 years of I &AM domain
- Familiar with I&AM tools and Lifecycle management.
- Experience and Knowledge in User Access Review, Active Directory, GCP and AWS.
- Good experience on incident and request managements.
- Provided use cases and business processes for support groups on role, entitlement, provisioning.
- Experience working with project management methodologies- agile development methodology, Implemented Agile (Scrum) Methodology that includes daily scrum with team.
- Have excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with individuals at all levels and can work as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Experience on documentation process -Process documentation internally capturing all the information necessary to properly execute a business process within squad and domain.
- Continuously monitor and improve the - User Access Review Process, to ensure it operates accurately, effectively, and efficiently.
- Effective adherence across Divisions to IAM policies, programs, and processes, and support the transitioning of new IAM products, processes, and tools from project to BAU operations.
- Broad knowledge of Identity and Access Management Security concepts, toolsets, and processes
