Oracle offers a comprehensive and fully integrated stack of cloud applications and cloud platform services.We require you to bring domain expertise in Cloud security Product and Program Management. Specific skills include:
- 8-12 years of experience as a Security Product Architect or Security Technical Product manager.
- Background as Consultant, Architect or subject matter expert in the Security domain
- Influential across team and leadership to secure buy-in for new initiatives. Ability to gather comprehensive research and build business case demonstrating need and socializing to influence the roadmap.
- You possess a “get it done” attitude, have positive energy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Two or more years of experience leading outbound product initiatives; passionate about enterprise customers meet complex requirements.
- Experience leading Security product marketing for SaaS cloud enterprise solutions, while collaborating cross team with Engineering, Operations, Pre-sales, Corporate Security and other partner organizations.
- Knowledgable in regulatory compliance and privacy regulations
- Creative energy, courage to throw out the playbook, and demonstrate out of the box thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills, including extensive public speaking experience.
- You are passionate about technology, keep up with the latest trends in the field and understand impact to our customers.
- Comfortable working in a very cross-functional role with a highly distributed team.
- Familiarity with Oracle SaaS products is preferred, but not required.
Career Level - IC4
You're an experienced security product leader. 8-12 years of experience with a track record of designing, building, and shipping digital software products.
1. Product Strategy and Development:
- Define and execute product roadmaps for SaaS Cloud Security solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Gather and convert customer challenges into engineering requirements, working closely with internal teams to address security concerns.
- Articulate Oracle SaaS differentiation in security offerings compared to competitors.
2. Customer Engagement and Communication:
- Engage with enterprise customers, CISOs, and security architects to build trust and confidence in Oracle’s SaaS solutions.
- Represent Oracle SaaS security at public speaking engagements and industry conferences, providing thought leadership on security trends and Oracle’s offerings.
- Lead architect review sessions, focus groups, and peer discussions to gather customer insights and refine product offerings.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with Engineering, Pre-sales, Global Information Security, and SaaS Product/Operations Management to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to drive go-to-market activities for new products and features.
4. Security Content and Enablement:
- Build, curate, and present compelling content for executive briefings, product releases, blogs, and external enablement activities.
- Oversee the development of a security content hub to provide customers with educational materials and best practices for shared security responsibilities.
5. Driving Security Strategy:
- Lead the security-related strategy for community, events, and analyst relations.
- Provide specialized security training to Pre-sales and Sales teams, helping them address customer security concerns effectively.
- Proactively connect with customers to discuss relevant security information and ensure continuous engagement.
6. Measuring Success and Improvement:
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and continuously improve security services and products.
- Ensure year-over-year improvements in customer satisfaction metrics by incorporating feedback into product development and go-to-market strategies.
