At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Risk Analyst to join our UniQue Luxembourg team!

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Execution of risk assessment for new systems and new projects;
  • Managing and analyzing incoming cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities across all departments within the organization.
  • Developing comprehensive risk reports and ensuring that mitigation actions are properly documented and executed.
  • Monitoring risk management activities, promptly informing stakeholders, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Performing thorough quality checks on all risk assessments to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Cultivating a strong culture of cybersecurity awareness within the organization, educating team members on potential risks and preventive measures.
  • Enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture by continuously improving processes, implementing advanced solutions, and adhering to best professional practices.
  • Exercising sound judgment to make informed, risk-based decisions and recommendations within established guidelines and frameworks.
  • Elaboration of documents related to the Risk Assessment activity.
  • Contribution to writing and documenting best practices, guidelines, standards, and procedures in the field of ICT Security including documentation for internal (to the unit) matters.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Master's level degree in ICT field + at least 1 ICT Security professional certification is also required
  • At least 8 years of specific expertise in IT
  • 3 years of experience related to ICT security management (e.g. ISMS implementation, cybersecurity policy management, development of security policies and standards); and
  • 2 years of experience as a team leader or project leader for major security-related projects.
  • Knowledge of the following frameworks and technologies:
    • ISO 27000/27001, NIST Framework, MS ATP, OCTAVE, COBIT, ITIL, SIEM, IPS/IDS, NIS Directive, ISO 27001, Data Privacy, Algosec security policy, AWS Cloud, Information Security Policy Development, PCI, IAM, Governance Risk and Compliance, EBIOS and STRADE, Splunk, TrendMicro Advanced Protection Threat
  • Fluency in English
