Job Description
We are looking for experienced security product manager to join our efforts in reshaping the cloud services landscape across industry verticals to revolutionize the delivery of Cloud Services to the world’s most critical organizations. The SaaS Cloud Security organization is responsible for securing enterprise-grade software services on behalf of our 25,000 customers, processing over 60 billion transactions per day.
A SaaS Security Technical Product Manager will be responsible for developing solutions and programs that drive cloud adoption, enable automated security solutions, coordinate security initiatives across Oracle and deliver packaged solutions and related training and marketing materials for field enablement.

You're an experienced security product leader with strong Program Management skills. 8-12 years of experience with a track record of driving security improvements across cloud service teams.

- Being effective and creative at influencing people where your ability to influence can carry the day.
- Being able to drill down and ask hard questions with a minimum of offense necessary.
- Having the ability to communicate effectively in with your writing and by your speaking.
- Being able to successfully work with a wide range of personality types across various organizational levels.
- Being able to make tactical compromises to achieve strategic outcomes. When is something “good enough”?
- Being flexible and comfortable rolling with the changes, i.e. you can adapt to changing business and security requirements.
- Having a bias for action. Being willing to fail fast, learn, and then iterate.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience as a Product manager or Technical PM
- Deep understanding of web and network security, threat defense, application security, Key management, detection and response management fields.
- Experience supporting internal pentest teams, with ability to manage conversations regarding vulnerabilities with service teams. Customer facing experience a plus.
- Background in threat and vulnerability management and driving mitigations plans with service owners and key engineering stakeholders.
- NATO clearance a plus
- Has knowledge of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).
- Experience working and supporting financial sector customers desired.
- Convey your vision through product roadmaps, working closely with product leaders, engineers and other stakeholders, and participate in all levels of planning
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-departmental teams
- Champion our customers, making and influencing decisions about product features, functionality, design, and architecture with our customers at the center.
- Gather relevant data and metrics for a product, set measurable and progressive goals using data, and drive achievement of goals and metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Career Level - IC4
As a member of the SaaS Cloud Security Product Management team, you will:
- Drive the strategic direction of the product, develop and manage product roadmaps and prioritize product features.
- Products in this case are groupings of security services and controls for a particular restricted markets (EURA) or for a customer segment like financials.
- Support Oracle’s implementations delivering DORA regulatory requirements across SaaS services geared towards financial institutions
- Define customer requirements
- Engage with key field stakeholders to capture customer requirements
- Define related SLAs and support models
- Work directly with Security Incident Response teams, Oracle Cloud Service Owners, customer Global Information Security teams with heavy focus on financial customers in EMEA
- Coordinate security solutions and mitigations with SaaS cloud service owners across Oracle
- Deliver training materials in collaboration with SaaS Product teams to Sales teams
- Publish comprehensive roadmap and schedule for solution delivery
- Lead collaboratively across all key stakeholders (Internal): Including sales enablement, engineering teams (SaaS and OCI) and their respective security teams.
- Drives innovation and business strategy: supporting security teams developing solutions for Oracle SaaS products and realms targeting EMEA customers
