We are looking for a skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols to protect our company's data and systems, with a specific focus on PCI compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies, particularly in relation to PCI DSS standards.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with PCI DSS standards.• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure PCI compliance.• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, with a focus on protecting cardholder data.• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions, particularly those related to PCI DSS.• Provide training and guidance to staff on PCI compliance and security best practices.
Qualifications:• 4-6 years of experience• Proven experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on PCI environments.• Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.• Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.• Relevant certifications such as PCIP is a plus.
Preferred Skills:• Experience with cloud security and services such as AWS and Azure.• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools.What’s in it for you…-We understand that there is life at work and life outside of work.
