Responsibilities and Duties
OCT is looking for a Senior Cyber Program Managerto support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD). CSD leads the Nation’s strategic and unified work to strengthen the security, resilience, and workforces of the cyber ecosystem to protect critical services. The Senior Cyber Program Manager should provide a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and strategic vision to manage cyber operations within CSD. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Role:
- Document all critical processes and systems
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's cyber security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Oversee the design and implementation of security controls to protect the organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the organization's infrastructure and applications.
- Develop and manage incident response plans and procedures to address cyber security incidents and breaches.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience working in a similar role on a full-time basis.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing or directing an organizational cyber program involving support operational planning through coordination of integrated execution of cyber defense plans.
- Master’s degree in a related field (such as, but not limited to Computer sciences, information security, or cyber security)
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are encouraged
- Demonstrated expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must hold a current DoD Top Secret Clearance
Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000-$210,000 to commensurate with experience, education, etc.
