What can you expect?

As a Security Manager, you will take a leading role in developing and executing robust security measures to protect cyber-physical systems against potential threats. This position involves a balance of technical acumen, strategic planning, and collaborative engagement to secure critical systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for cyber-physical systems, ensuring resilience against sophisticated cyber and physical attacks.
  • Conduct thorough hazard analyses and risk assessments to proactively identify system vulnerabilities. Evaluate and mitigate risks to safeguard against emerging threats.
  • Work directly with clients to create security solutions tailored to their needs. Design end-to-end security architectures, encompassing design, implementation, and testing phases.
  • Develop, implement, and rigorously test security features for embedded systems using Embedded C, C++, and other relevant languages.
  • Collaborate with diverse, highly skilled project teams, demonstrating your technical expertise, communication prowess, and ability to contribute in dynamic project environments.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a closely related discipline. Advanced coursework in cybersecurity, embedded systems, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Foundational experience with Embedded C and C++ programming is preferred. Familiarity with other programming languages or embedded software tools is advantageous. 
  • Knowledge of security mechanisms and industry standards with a keen interest in advancing your expertise in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and techniques such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or threat modeling is highly desirable.
  • Strong enthusiasm for technology innovation and a willingness to dive into new areas quickly
  • An open-minded, solution-oriented approach, ready to tackle complex security challenges and adapt to evolving threats.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams. German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, to engage in on-site collaboration with clients and project teams.
