Job Description
Are you passionate about building security into every layer of product development? We’re looking for a Product Security Engineer to rise our security framework by integrating advanced security tools into our software lifecycle. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Information Security and cross-functional teams to embed security practices into our CI/CD pipelines and enhance our DevOps processes.
Responsibilities:
- Embed security protocols directly into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for enhanced security across the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain security tools that support secure development practices, such as static and dynamic analysis tools.
- Develop comprehensive security documentation and best practice guidelines for consistent and secure development processes.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure robust security practices are embedded at each stage of product development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product security, application security, or secure software development.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevSecOps, with experience integrating security tools within these workflows.
- Skilled at analyzing complex systems to identify vulnerabilities, with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with security testing tools, such as Endor Labs, Semgrep, TruffleHog, etc.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CSSLP).
