Field Technician (firewall & server exp. req.) Description

Our client in the computer and network security industry is looking for a Systems Administrator to add to their team in Houston, TX. Field Technician (firewall & server exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Manage Windows-based networks
•    Manage Windows servers
•    Configure firewalls
•    Resolve any desktop issues for users (email, printing, scanning and other office related software)
•    Build relationships with customers as their technical advisor
•    Work with a ticketing software to track projects 
•    Learn new technologies as needed 
•    Travel locally to customer locations as needed

•    2+ years of managing Windows-based networks and servers experience required
•    2+ years of configuring firewalls experience required
•    2+ years of resolving desktop issues experience required
•    Excellent customer service skills required
