The leader of the IT Security Architecture Domain is responsible for designing the security architecture and establishing best practices for the bank's IT systems and networks. Operating in the first line of defense, the leader will oversee a team of IT security architects and collaborate with other first- and second-line-of-defense stakeholders, as well as business units, to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations. Based at the headquarters of the OTP Group, the leader will also coordinate the community of first-line-of-defense IT security architects across the OTP Group countries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IT security architecture domain.
•    Lead and mentor a team of IT security architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
•    Operate and coordinate the community of first-line-of-defense (1LoD) IT security architects within the OTP Group.
•    Establish and enforce security architecture principles, patterns, and best practices across the bank's IT systems and networks.
•    Evaluate and recommend security solutions, tools, and technologies to enhance the bank's security posture.
•    Coordinate with first- and second-line-of-defense stakeholders and business units to align security objectives and initiatives.
•    Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the IT security architecture domain.

 

Qualifications:
•    At least ten years of experience in IT security, with at least five years in a consultancy, leadership, or management role
•    Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
•    Expert knowledge of security architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
•    Certified in one or more of the following: CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS GIAC, CEH, or equivalent.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Hungarian and English
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
