We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to join our Office of the Chief Security Officer (O-CSO) team in India. The Manager will help lead a team of experts focused on data analytics, security program reporting, and social engineering/security awareness.
The Manager will be responsible for leading the India O-CSO team to deliver timely, high-quality results that support key O-CSO program activities. This role involves preparing Security Program reporting for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors, and other key internal and external stakeholders, while also providing project management support as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage a team of security analysts based in Hyderabad, including individuals focused on data analytics, security program reporting, and social engineering/security awareness.
Provide daily oversight and support to ensure team members are effectively executing assigned tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned work packages and deliverables.
Monitor progress and provide guidance to team members to meet deadlines.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Provide project management support as needed, including planning and/or tracking of project milestones and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Oversee recurring data analysis activities for security key risk and performance indicators and phishing simulations to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Review and validate data analysis reports and findings, including key summaries and trend analysis.
Prepare and present summary reports and communications to key stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of findings and recommendations.
Implement best practices and methodologies for data analysis activities.
Maintain open communication and regular updates with O-CSO senior management team on progress, outcomes, and challenges.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): One or more of the following desired but not required
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience:
5 years of relevant experience with 2-3 years of management experience.
