IT Support & Compliance Specialist - CMMC Level 2

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain our CMMC 2.0 Level 2 compliant environment utilizing Microsoft Office 365 GCC High. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, cybersecurity, and compliance, with specific knowledge of CMMC requirements and GCC High implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Office 365 GCC High environment, including user accounts, access controls, and security configurations
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CMMC 2.0 Level 2 requirements across the IT environment
• Implement and maintain security controls as outlined in NIST SP 800-171
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures aligned with CMMC requirements
• Provide onboarding, technical support and troubleshooting for end users
• Manage backup processes
• Prepare documentation and evidence for CMMC assessments with our Compliance Officer 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related Field experience 
• 5+ years of experience in IT support and administration
• In-depth knowledge of CMMC 2.0 and NIST SP 800-171 requirements
• Experience implementing and managing Office 365 GCC High environments
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified) preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
