Job Role / Responsibilities

We are seeking an intermediate-level Compliance Analyst to join our Payments Compliance Team in Vilnius, Lithuania

The ideal candidate is passionate about information security and knows the essential concepts of cyber security, which include but are not limited to encryption, access control, secure management of networks and operating systems.


Primary Duties/Responsibilities include:

  • Support customer project and service delivering, providing information security consultation and assessment services, helping our clients meet their compliance obligations by evaluating their processes, services, technology, and operations against industry security standards.
  • Support other team members by participating in challenging but rewarding information/cyber security projects.
  • Assist with the analysis, documentation, and key remediation actions as directed by your supervisor.
  • Deliver tasks or projects assigned to you to a high professional quality, on time and on budget - according to your supervisor's requirements.
  • Participate in discussions around vulnerabilities, technologies, new threats and trends in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Develop and review security policies, standards, and procedures that are custom-tailored to each customer's unique culture, security goals, and organizational objectives using industry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Delivery of client engagements to a high-quality, work would cover assisting companies gain PCI standards compliance, Swift CSP, PSD2, other areas of Governance, Risk and Compliance as required
  • Keep up to date with all the payment standards/services assigned and obtain the necessary IT security certifications and skill, this includes keep up to date with the latest versions of standards and guidelines; take care to do what is necessary to stay in good standing with trainings and certifications; fulfill all the requirements required by the certifications assigned.


Desired Skills:

To be considered for this profile a candidate must have at least one of the following:

  • ISO27001, CISA or similar certification and/or
  • has a degree in computer engineering or in an ICT field and/or
  • previous professional experience providing consultative services and /or
  • professional expertise in information security with the ability to thoroughly understand information security principles and apply them practically

Soft Skill:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, work in teams, achieve established goals and objectives, and communicate progress in a timely manner.
  • Must be analytical, innovative, possess a strong sense of attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills.
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian at a native or professional level would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Russian at a professional level would be an advantage


Certifications/Qualifications (preferred but not required)

  • ISO27001
  • CISA
