Description:

The Cyber Endpoint Engineer ensures seamless functionality and security of endpoint devices, addressing technical issues and coordinating upgrades. This role centers on maintaining robust CrowdStrike software performance and supporting clients effectively.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth expertise in supported CrowdStrike software suite.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for high-level technical support issues related to CrowdStrike products.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours technical support as directed by the Team Lead.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics for CrowdStrike suite applications across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Support partners with installation, configuration, and maintenance of CrowdStrike suite software, providing guidance as needed.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to technical issues reported by customers via ticketing system or phone.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and vendor support teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose, research, reproduce, and log reported issues while liaising with CrowdStrike suite vendor engineering.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of support documentation, enhancing the knowledge base for CrowdStrike suite support.
  • Stay current with CrowdStrike product updates, industry trends, and best practices through training, conferences, and self-study.
