Cyber Security Incident Response Process Owner (Cyber Security, Barcelona)

If you are passionate about cybersecurity and have a proven track record in incident response, we invite you to join Allianz as a Cyber Security Incident Response Process Owner. We are looking for a dedicated professional to develop and manage our global security incident process, ensuring its continuous improvement in terms of response speed and quality. This role involves acting as a liaison between various cyber defense interfaces, IT and infosec functions, and business stakeholders, while also representing the SOC in management committees for major incidents. If you have hands-on experience in incident response, strategic design, and process implementation, and are ready to oversee and coordinate crisis management in collaboration with other stakeholders, we want to hear from you.

What will make you succeed in this position?

• 3-8 years of experience in cyber security 
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or significant amount of related work experience. 
• Hands-on experience in incident response, e.g. in a CERT, CSIRT, or as L3 in a SOC. 
• Knowledge on strategic incident response design and process implementation. 
• Have in-depth know-how, audits, and analyzing vulnerabilities and audit findings; 

Your mission in the role will be:

• Is responsible to develop and manage the existing global security incident process and owns it. 
• Drives improvement of the IR process, especially in terms of response speed and quality. Ensures adherence of all related parties to the process. 
• The role acts as a liaison between all cyber defense interfaces, the local and global IT and infosec functions, governance functions and third parties and business stakeholders. 
• Represent the SOC in management committees for major incidents and act as communication point in case of a cyber crisis  
• Collaborate Allianz GROUP wide IT and Information Security community to integrate all process vehicles  
• Oversee and coordinate incident response crisis management in relation to information security in collaboration with other stakeholders 
• Adjust the global security incident process based on the legal requirements like DORA
