Altamira Technologies Corporation is seeking a motivated professional for our operational requirements on a mission focused program with a challenging, dynamic setting located in San Antonio, Texas. 

Job Description: The Publicly Available Information (PAI) and OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) Analyst is a critical role responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from publicly accessible sources to provide valuable insights for decision-making and security purposes. This position requires a deep understanding of OSINT methodologies, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to ensuring the organization's information security and competitive edge.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in OSINT and PAI analysis.
  • Proficiency in utilizing a variety of OSINT tools, software, and platforms for data collection and analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within data.
  • Understanding of information verification techniques and ethical considerations in data gathering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking to ensure data accuracy and meaningful analysis.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance as they pertain to OSINT and PAI analysis.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Experience providing support to an Insider Threat mission conducting in-depth analysis of intelligence
  • Working knowledge and experience conducting intelligence work on domestic and international threats
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting open-source intelligence with use of OSINT tool suites
  • Collect and document metrics as well as provide reoccurring and final report on defined metrics
  • Knowledge of National, DoD, AF, and IC Insider Threat policies, tools, and strategic planning goals and objectives
  • Uses strategic planning methodologies, tools, and techniques that lead and monitor efforts to meet Insider Threat goals, objectives, and guidelines
  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight, the Privacy Act and familiarity with civil liberty concerns as they relate to management of Insider Threats
  • Refer substantiated investigations to appropriate management, counterintelligence, Counter-Insider Threat Program Manager and law enforcement agencies for further action
  • TS/SCI Clearance Required

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience in intelligence and/or criminal justice
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally and in written products

Desired skills:

Certifications – Counter-Insider Threat Professional Fundamentals and Analysis (CCITP-F and CCITP-A). Insider Threat Detection Analysis Course (ITDAC), Carnegie Mellon University CERT (Insider Threat Program Evaluator, Insider Threat Program Manager, and Insider Threat Vulnerability Assessor).
