Responsibilities
Manage and monitor helpdesk phone queues, monitor incident, problem and change requests. Provide telephone support for helpdesk and all associated processes. Provides tier one and accurate account of all incoming calls. Routes call and notifies technicians of any critical situation requiring immediate attention. Maintains the proper skills necessary to interface with a variety of users regarding specific problems. Orders, receives and inventories all computer items purchased. Create/open a conference bridge line for all service or system outages and document root cause for every problem that has been reported. Run reports with in telephone and helpdesk software for analytical purpose. Advises the Director/Manager of any issues that may affect the Information Services department.
