Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support Project Manager Cyber and Space (PM C&S) with developing and maintaining the PM C&S SharePoint pages along with supporting the development of PowerApps and Flows.

This is an opportunity to be involved in the newly formed PM Cyber & Space and be a part of the rapidly growing Cyber Development Product Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Develop Web look Intranet Portal Collaboration Intranet Sites and consistent product branding throughout the SharePoint platform.
  • Build new landing pages and department templates/pages per client guidance.
  • Implement, deploy, package, improve and maintain new intranet portal sites and SharePoint sites.
  • Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, site and user permissions, and data management.
  • Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Flows.
  • Design solutions to complex business processes to streamline and improve the performance, collaboration, and overall quality of the organization’s operations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems, document deficiencies, research and evaluate fixes as they relate to the client facing side of SharePoint.
  • Evaluate new and existing products available in our SharePoint instances to address new and evolving customer requirements and develop recommendations where appropriate.
  • Train users on deployed SharePoint features and functionalities implemented on our sites.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

 

Knowledge and Skills

 

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint architecture patterns, SharePoint designer, InfoPath, and SharePoint workflows.
  • Experience managing access to sensitive data using Microsoft 365 Groups.
  • Experience in customer interactions, understanding business applications, and business data flows.
  • Experience in SharePoint framework, development and administration.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with focus on accommodating special requests from an engaged customer.
  • Must have expertise in building and/or maintaining collaboration sites and/or programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of UI/UX.

 

Clearance

  • Current Active Top Secret/SCI

 

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a SharePoint developer and Site Owner role using SharePoint online/O365 and/or SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016.

 

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related specialized SharePoint experience. Additional training and/or years of relevant specialized experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
  • Microsoft certification related to SharePoint technologies (for example exams PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, other) or other relevant certification.
  • DoD 8570.01M certification IAT Level 2

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
  • Experience as a site collection administrator.
  • SharePoint Developer with unclassified and classified DoD-implemented SharePoint

 

Other Qualifications

 

  • Ability to work within a office/lab environments
  • Ability to travel 10% conus

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $117,000 to $200,000 (annualized USD) and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
