Purpose

We are currently looking for a Global Penetration Testing Team Manager to lead the effort in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities across information systems, networks, and applications within IDEMIA Public Security.

 

This role involves coordinating and managing all team activities while developing strategies to strengthen our infrastructure security for our products.

Key Missions

 

You will also help us to:

 

  • Lead and mentor a team of penetration testers, providing guidance on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of penetration testing projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant results.
  • Collaborate with other security teams to assess and address system vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive penetration testing strategy aligned with overall security objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for penetration testing matters, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile & Other Information

 

You will be successful in the role if you have:

 

  • At least 5 years of experience in penetration testing, including 2 years in a management role.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CEH, OSCP, or CISSP.
  • Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies, with proven project management skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
