P-11 Security is seeking a passionate SCI INFOSEC Specialist to help ensure security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations, drawing on some of the nation's leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders for enhancing, accelerating, and assuring the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulating plans, policies, procedures and other documentation required to deal with the operation of SCI protection functions and activities IAW DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3, ICD 704/5
  • Reporting, collecting, reviewing and analyzing for management review, collecting evidence associated with security infractions violations, and other inquiries associated with a security enterprise
  • Management of foreign contact and providing guidance for SCI classified materials. Lastly, one must implement and enforce Cybersecurity policies and programs, maintain control of SCI systems, support user access, and assist in VTC support

Requirements

Experience: 5-9 years

Five (5) years of experience in:

  • Formulating plans, policies, procedures and other documentation required to deal with the operation of SCI protection functions
  • Assist with Staff Assistant visits and other local inspections as required
  • Prepares and presents reports with appropriate corrective actions delineated
  • Participate in the management of security incidents
  • Provide training and guidance on handling, safeguarding, marking classified material
  • Interfacing with senior leadership, Physical Security, and Personnel Security

Three (3) years of experience in:

  • Providing continuous training and guidance in all areas of SCI security. (e.g. local procedures, OPSEC, Communications Security (COMSEC), Security Awareness)
  • Enforcing foreign contact and travel requirements, entry procedures, escort procedures, document control procedures, and classification review/guidance requests
  • Verifying and providing training for requests for SCI courier authorizations; issues those certifications
  • Reviewing and maintaining documents for SCI contracts for relevant DD Form 254 information

One (1) year of experience:

  • Acting as an SCI courier;
  • Managing and appointing Special Security Representatives (SSRs)
  • Enforcing ICD 705 requirements

SECURITY CLEARANCE

  • Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of TEMPST certification-identification and evaluation of TEMPST issues and requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience related to SCI INFOSEC
  • Allowable substitution- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with at least nine (9) years of experience in SCI INFOSEC
