The position is based in Israel, and will report to the Company’s Senior Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Counsel, your impact will be:

  • Draft and negotiate all types of agreements between the Company and its customers, partners and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with various regulatory matters, including privacy matters
  • Handle various corporate matters related to the Company and its subsidiaries worldwide
  • Work and coordinate with external counsels as necessary.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 2-4 years of experience working as a commercial lawyer in a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department.
  • Significant experience with negotiating various commercial transactions worldwide, including SaaS and other licensing agreements, partner agreements and general purchasing matters.
  • Familiarity with privacy/data protection law issues, including GDPR.
  • Excellent drafting and conversational skills in English.
  • Highly motivated team player, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Attention to details, with ability to work under pressure and balance legal concerns with requirements of business.
  • Availability outside normal business hours.
  • Law degree from top University.
  • Familiarity with corporate law and financing transactions is a plus.
