This role will specialize in operations across the Asia Pacific (APJ) and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.

Responsibilities
As a Commission Analyst, Your impact will be:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of commissions in Spiff, ensuring that payments are accurate and timely.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving any calculation or data-related errors within Spiff.
- Responding promptly and effectively to compensation-related inquiries from the Sales Team.
- Configuring, testing, and providing support for activities related to changes in plan, quota, and policies.
- Overseeing territory splits, draws, MBOs, bonuses, and incentive payments as a part of the payment administration responsibilities.
- Preparing monthly commission reports and maintaining tracking for commission and sales attainment.
- Generating, validating, and auditing monthly bookings to ensure accurate commission crediting and payout results.
- Continually seeking process improvements, documenting procedures that lead to better efficiency and scalability.
- Maintaining a robust, clean data foundation that accurately captures information required to support our sales strategy.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or process improvement roles, with a focus on strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Administering Sales Incentive Compensation is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory, and familiarity with NetSuite and CaptivateIQ (or other compensation tools) is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- A keen attention to detail, drive for process improvements, and robust organizational abilities combined with the capacity to manage projects independently from end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking skills, and aptitude in mediation to handle issues quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrate agility in working with people in various time zones and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Being open to contributing innovative ideas for process improvement is valued.
