Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct targeted research and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, pain points, and security needs. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit for Ox Security's solutions.
- Communication: Clearly articulate Ox Security's value proposition and deliver product presentations to potential clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Ox Security's offerings effectively. Provide feedback and insights from prospects to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Conferences: Represent the company at conferences and network with industry professionals and potential clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of verified experience in an SDR role within security companies. (Must)
- Familiarity with international markets (specifically Nordics Market) and cultural nuances- MUST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English. (Must)
- Proven track record of conducting outbound calls and achieving success. (Must)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies. (e.g, Apollo)
