OX Security, a leader in software supply chain security, is looking for a Tech Writer to produce high-quality documentation that meets the specified requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, etc.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management and engineering teams for improving the accessibility and readability of technical documents.
- Maintain and update existing technical documents.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in tech writing/documentation.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in working on Cyber products - Advantage.
