What is a Security Architect at Riverside?

As a Security Architect at Riverside, you will be the cornerstone of our security initiatives. You will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs. This role requires close collaboration with R&D, Product, IT, Legal, and Sales teams to embed security best practices across our operations and products. You will also engage with customers to address their security concerns and ensure our compliance with industry standards.  

Key Responsibilities

• Security Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement robust security policies and strategies to safeguard Riverside’s assets and data.
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our operations and product development.
• Product Security: Prioritize and design security features for our SaaS offerings in collaboration with Product & R&D teams.
• Compliance & GRC: Lead GRC efforts to maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations; manage relationships with external auditors.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to customer security questionnaires and address any security-related inquiries.

Requirements

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years of experience in security within R&D
• Deep knowledge in web & application security
• Proficiency with cloud security
• Excellent communication skills, ability to be customer-facing and focal point in the company
• Excellent English, both verbal and written
