Position Summary...

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. What you'll do...

What You Will Do

• Micro Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain modular, reusable, and performant front-end components using modern web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.
• Micro Frontend Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate micro frontends with various microservices and APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between the frontend and backend
• Scalability and Performance: Optimize micro frontend architecture and codebase for scalability, performance, and reusability, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with UI/UX designers,Product  and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to the overall application architecture.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment: Ensure adhering to  smooth CI/CD processes and frequent, reliable deployments.
• You will show your skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance
• Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment.
• Software security is of prime importance and by developing programs that monitor sharing of private information, you will be able to add tremendous credibility to your work

What You Will Bring

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field with minimum 6+ years of Full stack experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and one or more modern frameworks/libraries (React). Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Parcel, etc.) and package managers (npm, yarn).
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
• Experience Interacting with databases through queries and APIs/Services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues on time.
• Large scale distributed systems experience, including scalability and fault tolerance.
• A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Derive and implement non-functional requirements based on interactions with the product and business elements
• Required hands on expertise in any nodejs rest API framework(express, Hapi,  fastify, etc..)
