About Reserv

Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike.

We have ambitious (but attainable!) goals and need adjusters who can work in an evolving environment. If building a leading TPA and the prospect of tackling the long-standing challenges of the claims role sounds exciting, we can’t wait to meet you.

About the role

Reserv is building the industry-leading third party administrator capability in the insurance industry. To do this, Reserv seeks a candidate to join the Security team as a Cybersecurity Analyst. The Cybersecurity Analyst will be multi-disciplinary, possessing a strong cybersecurity risk management background with adjoining technical-capable skills. The ideal candidate will bring the ability to work within an EDR tool, review logs as part of threat hunting exercises, conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, update policy and draft procedures, as well as interact capably with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Skilled in identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges.

  • Committed to fostering a robust and resilient cybersecurity posture for the organization.

  • Developing dashboards and providing reporting to assist with critical decision making processes
  • Regularly testing and monitoring security controls for effectiveness
  • Assisting with vulnerability management, including review of the environment for vulnerabilities present, assessing the severity of the vulnerability in the environment, and working with IT and development teams to resolve the issue
  • Researching and remaining up-to-date on key cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
  • Communicating and evangelizing security throughout the organization

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience directly working in a cybersecurity role
