Description of Duties:
The Event Enclave Cybersecurity Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
· Be responsible for the effective supervision, cost, schedule and administration of Cybersecurity staff including prioritizing and assigning work, performance management, employee relations, and related activities.
· Coordinate with other sections on daily tasks and upcoming projects.
· Serve as project manager for cyber related projects
· Perform planning, direction, and coordination functions of the Exercise and War-game Task Order to ensure contract performance requirements and objectives are accomplished.
· Assess business needs within the program; research new technologies and updates the tech refresh plan as needed.
· Act as a liaison to the PM, ISSM, and Authorizing Official (AO).
· Identify, research and develop solutions for cyber policies and procedures that align to DoD and MDA guidance.
· Manage, track, and maintain system Authorization Package in eMASS.
· Report vulnerability and computer network defense metrics to the PM, ISSM, and AO.
· Manage and update system Ports and Protocols (PPSM)
· Track and maintain approved software IAW MDA guidelines
· Oversee the coordination and execution of independent audits to include Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI), and Controls Validation Testing (CVT)
· Administer system level Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements
· Be responsible for developing and administering Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
· Provide complex technical support in cybersecurity services including ESS (formerly HBSS), ACAS, eMASS, Multifactor Authentication, Auditing, and manage ePO servers.
· Evaluate and recommend acquisition of new systems or tools to meet the program's needs.
· Coordinate system updates and modifications to the information technology environment in a manner which results in minimal disruption of customer services in tandem with the System Administration team.

Here's What You'll Need:
Basic Requirements:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 2 years of general experience
· Must have 6 years of direct experience.
· Must have 2 years of documented management or leadership experience.
· Experience working with eMASS, ePO servers, ARCSight, and ACAS.
· Experience with managing multiple accreditation packages.
· Experience with Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
· Experience with the DoDs Risk Management Framework
· Experience working with cross-functional teams
· Must have an active secret clearance
· Must have, or obtain within 6 months of start date, a current IAM Level III certification
Desired Requirements:
· Experience working with SolarWinds Security Event Manager
· Experience with missile defense and test operations
· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time in support of missile defense events
This position is expected to pay $130,400 - $155,400 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
