As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives related to data center infrastructure, network systems, and technology deployments.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management, including scoping, budgeting, implementation, risk management, and time management.
• Infrastructure Expertise: Manage and update reference architecture and implementation standards. Advise on strategies and oversee Cloud and Private Cloud hosting services.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with executives, management, and cross-functional teams. Ensure clear communication of project requirements and deliverable dates.
• Risk Mitigation: Actively monitor risks, address technical challenges, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors, and consultants) across projects.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team for test planning and execution.
• Budget and Schedule: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technical, Education, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, PMI, V3, CQIA, CISM, CISSP, CCNA, MCSA, or SCRUM are desirable.
• Skills:
o Strong project management skills.
o Familiarity with Cloud/Azure technologies.
o Understanding of hardware components and implementation issues.
o Proficiency in Microsoft products and software development.
o Knowledge of operating systems and Virtualisation technologies.
o Knowledge of Data Center Networking technologies.
• Experience:
o Demonstrated success in managing infrastructure projects.
o Implementing cost reporting processes.
o Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
o Leading technical delivery.
