IAM Security Associate

Key responsibilities

• Operating an IAM service by ensuring JML processes are functioning as designed
• Incident management (Lv2/3) and meeting SLA’s whilst maintaining levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work within the IAM Operational team, and provide input on health checks and performance of our IGA strategic solution
• Work closely with the IAM operational leads on various adhoc requirements and requests, and deliver clear and concise analysis along with recommendations. This will also include audit and compliance queries
• Collaborating with the Security Governance & Controls team to ensure that appropriate IAM controls are implemented where a risk to the business is identified through security reviews, architecture reviews or other compliance activities.
• Collaborating with wider upstream teams to ensure information security polices and standards are integrated within business process.
• Troubleshoot and provide clear analysis on remediation actions on incidents and technical issues by working closely with IAM engineering function
• Apply in-depth understanding of IAM best practices, to develop and implement recommendations to enhance IAM provisioning and deprovisioning services and reporting.
• Apply technical knowledge and logical thinking to resolve issues independently
• Use PowerShell scripting and SQL knowledge
