Together with Primetrack AG and Datalynx AG, Skillcloud AG is part of the Datalynx Group. Skillcloud AG serves as the point of contact for personnel matters as well as for the search and selection of executives and specialists.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Define and champion an information security vision and strategy that aligns with global business goals
• Identify and anticipate evolving threats, developing strategies to mitigate risk and protect critical assets
• Drive an organizational security mindset through innovative policies, standards, and a continuous improvement cycle that ensures adaptation to changing regulations and business needs
• Partner with senior leadership to balance security initiatives with business operations, promoting secure, agile growth
• Lead rapid incident response efforts to resolve issues, communicate risks transparently, and prevent re-occurrence

Must Haves

• Successfully enabled and scaled security teams, hands-on and can-do attitude
• Ability to analyze complex security problems, propose innovative solutions, and influence decisions at the leadership level
• Excellent ability to translate technical issues into clear business risks and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Experience working in diverse, multinational environments focusing on collaboration, respect, and growth, energy giver to enable a good environment to the peers and teams
