What will you do?
A day in the life of a Security Platform Administrator at VF looks a little like this.
The Security Operations team is looking for a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Administrator who will play a vital role in keeping the VF Global Enterprise safe from cyber-attacks. The CTI Administrator is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization’s cyber threat intelligence capabilities. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and disseminating threat intelligence to protect the organization’s assets from cyber threats.
As the CTI Administrator, you will be part of a bigger machine working to protect the company from any malicious activity. This role requires you to work with others to strategize threat prevention, coordinate remediations, and contribute to process improvement.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more:
- Manage and maintain the primary threat intelligence platform and all threat intelligence feeds for the enterprise.
- Ensure the integration of threat intelligence with various security systems and tools to enrich data and perform automated threat detection.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including open-source intelligence (OSINT), dark web monitoring, and threat intelligence feeds.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Analyze threat data to identify patterns, trends, and potential impacts on the organization.
- Produce detailed threat intelligence reports and briefings for stakeholders, including senior management and security teams.
- Collaborate with the Incident Response Team to provide intelligence support during security incidents.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of threats during active incidents.
- Work closely with other security teams, such as SOC (Security Operations Center), Vulnerability Management, and Security Education Training and Awareness teams to share intelligence and coordinate responses.
- Communicate effectively with external partners and threat intelligence communities.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on the latest cyber threats and best practices for threat intelligence.
- Develop and distribute threat intelligence bulletins and alerts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve threat intelligence processes and methodologies.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in cyber threat intelligence and incorporate new techniques and tools as appropriate.
- Create and report on metrics to measure the performance of the enterprise threat intelligence program.

Educational/ Position Requirements:
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in cyber threat intelligence, incident response, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of advanced persistent threats (APTs) and threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of Python, JAVA, or other scripting languages a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC certifications (GCTI/GSOC/GCIH), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
- Associate degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field a plus
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
- Minimal travel requirements

Hiring Range:
$84,000.00 USD - $105,000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
