Overview:

We seek an L3 Support Analyst specializing in cybersecurity, to play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our critical systems. Work closely with cybersecurity and development teams to design, implement, and maintain robust security measures, while also optimizing system performance and availability. Strong problem-solving skills and AppDynamics administration experience are essential.

Job Description:

• Drive SAST / DAST security scanning product vision: Define and shape the future direction of the SAST/ DAST security scanning product, including strategy and metrics.
• Review and improve scan reporting: Analyze web application scan results to identify areas where authentication has failed and work with development teams to enhance scan depth.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure and application architectures using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Python, Linux, GCP, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with relevant teams to contain and mitigate the impact of security incidents.
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to detect security threats and anomalies in real-time.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
• Python scripting for automating tasks and security scripts, Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline security, and AppDynamics for performance monitoring.
