The Opportunity

"FICO is seeking a Cloud Security Senior Engineer to implement the Container run time and Container Image scanning security solution. The candidate should manage the operational aspects like Kubernetes resource deployment of the run time agents, policy rules creation and analyze the real time events generated by the run time solution."- Sr Director, Cyber Security

What You’ll Contribute

• Responsible for designing and implementing the Container security solution.

• Deploying container run time agents in Kubernetes environments, policy rules creation, providing access to internal teams

• Implement Container Image scanning using third party products and work with Cyber security center for the remediation of the critical issues.

• Continuously improve Security practices for the platform to support efficiency, reliability, and serviceability goals.

• Understand security aspects of the product and remediate security vulnerabilities proactively.

What We’re Seeking

• 5+ years of Designing, Engineering, and Securing complex Cloud infrastructure architectures

• 3+ years of experience in implementing Container run time security in Kubernetes environments (EKS preferable) using SAAS or open source solution

• 3+ years of experience in implementing Container Image scanning during the Build/CI phase using SAAS or open source solution

• 2+ years of experience in Shell scripting or Python scripting with an automation mindset

• 2+ years of experience with AWS and implementing best practices in regard to securing cloud infrastructure (AWS certifications is desirable)

• Experience with tools like AWS CLI and creating resources in the cloud infra using Infra as a code (Terraform is desirable)

• Should have knowledge on CI/CD tools like Jenkins (especially pipelines creation)

• The candidate must have Devsecops mindset with an automation speciality.

• Experience with source control tools like Git, Bitbucket

• Experience with agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence

• Experience working with artifactory tools like jfrog, Nexus (jfrog is desirable)

• Experience in handling Real time threat detection of the Containers running in EKS environment (Kubernetes certifications desirable)

• Having deep understanding of the Linux internals, Kernel and how Containerization works is preferred

• Experience working with Wiz tool (CNAPP solution) is preferred

• Experience with regulated environments in regards to exceeding published controls such as PCI-DSS, CIS, NIST, and/or STIG and meeting compliance

• Experience on integration with SIEM tool like Splunk Cloud
