What you will do
As a Director in Cloud Security, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of cloud security initiatives, ensuring they align with client objectives and regulatory standards. You will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive cloud security strategies, driving innovation and excellence in data protection, compliance, and risk mitigation. Your role will involve high-level engagement with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of cloud security initiatives, solidifying Deloitte’s position as a trusted leader in cloud security solutions.
You will
- Develop and drive the strategic vision for cloud security services across Southeast Asia.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Oversee the setup, integration, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Purview security solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate business and technology risks.
- Enhance internal controls and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve engagement profitability and drive business growth.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.
- 15+ years in cloud security, particularly in developing, implementing, or architecting Microsoft M365 security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender solutions, and Microsoft DLP, including their configuration, deployment, and management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects involving Microsoft cloud security implementations.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft Information Protection Administrator, with CISSP / CCSP being highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel 25-50%, depending on the work and clients served.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to lead a team of engineers.
- Strong communication skills to effectively advocate key security requirements to senior stakeholders.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.
