Claroty is looking for a stellar B2B field marketer, that has previous B2B experience marketing to and driving demand within vertical industries. This candidate should have a proven track record of hitting pipeline and revenue targets through effective field and channel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, values a close partnership with sales, and has broad experience across webinars, trade shows, virtual events, email marketing, and 3rd-party sponsorships. Building, maintaining, and supporting relationships with sales counterparts is critical to success in this role.

As a Field Marketing Manager, Your impact will be:

  • Campaign Support: Assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, events, and programs.
  • Legal and Procurement Management: Process all third-party vendor contracts and procurement, including approvals and legal coordination
  • Event Coordination: Managing logistics for workshops, webinars, and regional events
  • Sales Alignment and Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, support pre- and post-event actions, and communicate results.
  • Budget Management: Handling financial aspects like forecasting, budgeting, and processing payments for events and campaigns.
  • Lead Management: Assisting with lead list management, tracking, and post-event follow-up coordination.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams such as corporate event marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations to drive successful campaign outcomes


Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 2+ years experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Well-structured communication with internal and external partner
  • Experience with trade shows and events
  • Experience working with Public Sector Federal a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce, comfortable with new technologies and willing to learn
  • Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem Solving & Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and find quick solutions while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team and working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
  • A love of travel to support activities as needed. 
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

Expected base salary of this role is $80,000.00-$85,000.00. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
