Our team helps organizations manage access to critical assets by focusing on areas like Access Management (AM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Entitlement Management and Directories.

Experience               :                  5 to 10 Years

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join our Strategy team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT, coupled with experience in strategy/pre-sales (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Workshops: Lead client requirement gathering workshops to understand and document their IAM needs
  • Program Development: Develop IAM program objectives, vision and mission statements, conduct current state assessments, perform gap analyses, and create roadmaps and estimations for IAM programs
  • Business Case and Governance: Formulate IAM business cases, establish program governance frameworks, and develop target operating models
  • Pursuit Opportunities: Assist in pursuit opportunities for IAM strategy engagements, including the preparation of proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and resource and cost estimations

  • Educational Background:
    • MBA from a reputed institute is mandatory
    • B.Tech. or equivalent undergraduate degree
  • Professional Experience:
    • 2-3 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year of post-MBA experience in the IT industry
    • Experience in strategy/IT pre-sales is preferred
