The Opportunity:  

 

As a Director of the TMT Vertical, you will be responsible for driving strategic change across your industry, leveraging NCC Group’s portfolio of capabilities to increase revenue and margin across sector opportunities. 

 

You will be part of a UK Markets team driving growth and change in our strategic markets. 

 

You will lead the development of sector specific propositions, conducting research and providing insight into sector challenges, nuances and needs, allowing NCC Group to differentiate its services to provide greater value to our clients. 

 

You will directly lead a team of account managers and business development professionals, whilst providing Go to Market leadership across our functional and delivery teams, facilitating growth and fostering strategic, long-term relationships with existing and future clients. 

 

 

Key Accountabilities: 

 

  • Leading a team of industry professionals to drive growth across the Technology, Media and telecommunications vertical  

  • Serve as an industry expert driving sector and client success by developing brand leadership within your sector 

  • Revenue, margin, orders and pipeline growth against agreed objectives 

  • Driving customer excellence through our programme and service delivery 

  • Leading Proposition and Account development for the sector 

  • Developing go-to-market strategy for the sector and cross-sector initiatives 

  • Generating pipeline visibility and a clear demand signal for the delivery teams 

  • Positioning to customers through brand awareness activities (events, marketing, comms etc.) 

  • Informing product and service line innovation 

  • Conducting sector specific research (internal & external) 

 

  Requirements: 

 

  • Deep sector knowledge, immersed in the market drivers within your market 

  • Cyber/IT experience, preferably in cybersecurity 

  • Strong  consultative skills, business acumen and creativity 

  • A demonstrable track record of success within customer facing, target driven role 

  • Consistently managed C-level stakeholder relationships 

  • Ability to build trusted-adviser associations within organisations 

  • Have excellent communication skills and professional manner 

  • Research and insight development experience 

  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues
