Group Security (GS) Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Team is hiring an experienced GRC Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Developer to join our team

In this role, the IRM Developer ensures to design, implement, and maintain Archer IRM solutions in support to our risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives.  The role also involves working closely with all stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into scalable, efficient GRC Technology configurations and applications.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of GS’ GRC IRM solutions to support our risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives.

Nokia Group Security currently utilizes Archer as their IRM solution. This role includes the following responsibilities: 

  1. Design, implement, and maintain Archer IRM solutions to support our risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives.
  2. Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
  3. Develop Archer IRM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports. 
  4. Develop custom objects, data feeds, and data imports to support business needs.
  5. Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and customizations.
  6. Develop & maintain system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and customizations.
  7. Develop and maintain solutions for risk assessments, audits and regulatory compliance.
  8. Align Archer implementations with industry standards and best practices. 
  9. Help identify issues in the application layer that come with Archer logs.
  10. Deal with IT Support and Archer Support to get issues fixed in due time. 
  11. Be aware of new Archer releases, bug fixes,…, and collaborate if upgrades are relevant and/or mandatory. 
  12. Stay up to date of new Archer releases, bug fixes,…, and collaborate if upgrades are relevant and/or mandatory.
  13. Participate in regression testing to ensure that new releases don’t bring unexpected issues.

Key Tasks for GRC Solutions & Development

This role assumes following tasks:

  • Understand what solutions and use cases are licensed to Nokia.
  • Support the implementation of the GRC solutions based on your Archer skills.
  • Take part of clean-up activities and regression testing tooling
  • Build tools to monitor the GRC Technology/Archer service as needed.
  • Maintain SQL queries and stored procedures as needed.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Advanced degree in engineering, information systems, computer science or equivalent by experience
  • 3+ years of experience in development skills with SQL queries, Powershell, JSON/XML, scripting languages, and Power Automate.
  • Certification or ability to obtain Archer IRM certification (Archer 6.14 & higher) or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Archer use cases, modules, solutions, and core applications.
  • Knowledge of any of the items below will be considered a plus:
    • Knowledge in administration areas (Archer, MS SQL Server, Windows, IIS, SAML, LDAP, APIs)
    • Experience with Agile methodology.
    • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (PowerBI,…)
    • Experience with information security concepts at a multinational enterprise.
    • Data science techniques, AI and other enabling technologies.
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM,….

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (using Business English) to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences throughout Nokia's organization.

  • Display excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with proactive & creative style, who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to combine technical expertise with a business-minded approach.
  • Being able to prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure conditions.
  • Being available out of business hours from time to time and under short notice to address blocking issues in Production, or to execute planned changes that may have to take place in quiet periods of time like weekends.
