GSOC Analyst

Are you ready to be at the forefront of global security and business resiliency at Paramount? Join our team as a GSOC Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational continuity and safety through state-of-the-art security systems and intelligence analysis.

About the Role:
As a GSOC Analyst, you’ll assist in managing over 10 security systems, monitor Paramount operations for threats, prepare intelligence briefings, and respond to incidents in real-time. You’ll be the go-to expert during emergency situations, providing guidance and ensuring seamless execution of security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Support the development and administration of workflows and business rules in Paramount's Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) solution.
• Emergency Response: Act as the subject matter expert during emergencies, ensuring effective coordination and decision-making.
• Threat Monitoring: Maintain tools to track global threats and operational risks to Paramount's business continuity.
• Incident Response: Quickly assess threats, coordinate emergency procedures, and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Intelligence Reporting: Prepare detailed intelligence briefs, daily reports, travel advisories, and analysis on emerging threats.
• Operator Support: Guide and support dispatchers during routine and emergency operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Political Science, Emergency Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3+ years of experience with security systems.
• Proven ability to draft technical policies, procedures, and detailed reports.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and shift assignments.

• Comprehensive understanding of Security Operations Center policies and procedures.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to quality service and creative problem-solving.

Shift Details:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be flexible to work holidays, weekends, and occasional overtime.
