Cyber Product Management Office (PMO) Analyst
This position reports into Sr. Manager, Cyber Ways of Working and is based at Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber PMO Analyst to support the strategic program management and transformation initiatives within our Cybersecurity organization. This role will be pivotal in various cybersecurity workstreams, including Cyber Defense, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cyber Risk Management, and the Business Information Security Office (BISO), in adoption and continuous improvement of agile, product, and project management practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to align the development roadmap with overall strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading PMO functions, implementing Agile frameworks, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
This role wears multiple hats to act as scrum master, product-business analyst / PMO analyst and has multi-dimensional responsibilities to drive process improvements, support project management tasks, cross-functional collaboration and communication, artifact creation and training / SOP generation.

What You Will Do
The Cyber PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting multiple Product Management teams to align to Agile and Product Management processes and facilitate cross-team collaboration, communication, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
· Coach and mentor teams in Agile and Product Management best practices, guiding them through the adoption of defined principles and frameworks.
· Promote a self-organizing team structure, encouraging ownership, accountability, and efficient delivery of identified goals.
· Drive collaboration and effective communication across cybersecurity workstreams.
· Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless project delivery.
· Guide teams in aligning work against defined strategic objectives and themes, adhering to established hierarchy of activities within project management tools (e.g., Jira).
· Define and track success metrics (KPIs) such as project / initiative health, roadmap/schedule adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
· Build, maintain, and continuously update product roadmap(s), ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, strategic business needs, security requirements, and compliance standards.
· Lead regular cadence meetings such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings, fostering transparency and continuous improvement.
· Support the development and continuous improvement of process and communication frameworks across the product portfolio; communicate plans, progress, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
· Leverage analytics skills and tools such as ServiceNow dashboards, Jira, and Power BI to analyze and report on product and operations performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, streamline, and manage Agile practices, supporting efficient and timely product deployments.
· Leverage analytical skills to devise creative solutions and support teams with unique needs and work responsibilities that may not align to traditional product or agile management practices.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
· Advanced English level – C1/C2
· 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, project management or related roles in an Agile environment.
· Strong understanding of Agile practices and a product-oriented mindset.
· Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
· Proficiency in analytics and reporting, with experience using a variety of analytics tools.
· Familiarity with change management practices, ticketing systems, and project management platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira.
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Information Technology)

· Familiarity or experience with cybersecurity concepts.
