Temporary Manager, Risk Consulting (Global Banking) – Quantitative Validation Focus

 
Focus: Quantitative Validation for AML Models

Overview:
Join RSM's growing Global Banking Risk Consulting Practice as a Technology Risk Consulting Manager specializing in AML model validation and quantitative analytics. Collaborate with top global banking institutions to address regulatory consent orders, strengthen financial crime frameworks, and drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct AML model validation with tools like Python, R, Actimize, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate and enhance IT audit and control frameworks tied to financial crime risks.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions through robust data analysis and regulatory expertise.
  • Mentor team members while managing multiple client engagements and deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

Quantitative Analytics: Expertise in Python, R, Actimize, or similar tools. AML Knowledge: Hands-on with AML models; strong audit/control testing experience acceptable. Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior roles, preferably in financial services.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CFE are a plus.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as FFIEC, COSO, or COBIT.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $64 - $96 per hour
