Job Description:

An Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that control user access to an organization's digital resources. They ensure that the right individuals have appropriate access to the right resources at the right times for the right reasons. This role involves managing user identities, access privileges, and security policies across various platforms and applications, while also ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.

Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices

- Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, ForgeRock)

- Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

- Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP)

- Experience in implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions

- Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control models

- Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) concepts and tools

- Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) processes

- Familiarity with cloud IAM services (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM)

- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to access control (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders

- Experience with scripting and automation for IAM processes

Language Requirement:

Strong English language abilities at a minimum of EFSET C1 level

Required Certifications:

- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

- CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) or equivalent cloud security certification

Optional Certifications:

- CIAM (Certified Identity and Access Manager)

- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

- Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate)

- CompTIA Security+

- GIAC Identity & Access Management Essentials (GIAME)
