Compliance Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Risk & Compliance(process) activities that work to provide a consistent level of services customers.
• Maintain the ongoing risk assessment program targeting people, process, and technology.
• Perform periodic internal audits to assess the strengths and weaknesses of support & delivery.
• Ensure Process adherence across organisation as per defined policies and procedures.
• Identify the training requirements to meet the quality standards.
• Periodical review of delivery performance metrics and InfoSec KPIs.
• Publish KPIs reports/dashboard to management on identified gaps with corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and monitor corrective measures.
• Review and implement continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs) for the process.
• Prepare quality scorecard.
• Knowledge of compliance processes, including regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) and industry standards.

What to Have for this position.

Must have Skills & Good to have Skills:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in handling quality management system for IT Services and Delivery.
• ITIL and Six Sigma Certification are mandatory.
• Advantage of having ISO 20000 LA or ISO 27001 LA certifications.
• Advantage of having worked on Cloud Computing.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) and industry-specific compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, customers & Business Units
